Shipping policy

Packaging

equimus uses cardboard boxes made of ecological and recycled materials for shipping its products. We always make sure that our shipping materials are manufactured in Germany, in order to minimize existing supply chains. We do not use any plastic at all.

Shipping

The products will be shipped promptly after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are calculated according to the location and the order at check-out.

Please check the given delivery address before you place your order. We are not responsible for deliveries that are sent to the wrong address.

We ship all orders with our partner DHL. Possible delays and customs clearance time are not included in the indicated delivery time.

For orders of 150€ or more we offer free shipping within Germany. The regular shipping costs for orders below 150€ are 5,99€ within Germany.

The regular shipping costs within the EU are 15,99€. Orders over 200€ will be shipped free of charge within the EU.

Delivery times

The regular delivery time is 3-5 working days within Germany and 5-11 working days within the EU.

Returns & Exchange

As a customer, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please include your order number, your full name and address so that the return can be identified and processed.

If you want to return your items, please use the return form that was sent to you via a link when you confirmed the shipment. Please return the products with the completed form to the following address:

The processing can take up to 7 working days.

Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of any items damaged by shipping and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.

We are not responsible for lost packages.
